Helliwell’s school of motoring was established in 2003. John Helliwell qualified with flying colours and has all the up to date knowledge of driving techniques to pass onto his pupils.
John is patient and friendly and will make even the most nervous pupils feel at ease.
John started driving on a farm at the age of fourteen giving him vast experience with all kinds of machinery on and off road. He is now ready to pass his knowledge onto you.
Pupils are encouraged whatever their ability and will not be held back. Choose one lesson a week, or more for quicker learning. Lessons can be booked in blocks of one, two or three hours if required for a more intensive course. Pupils can be picked up and dropped off at different places if arranged in advance.
John is a professional instructor who has a very high pass rate, makes lessons fun and guarantees enjoyment. You will be taught to a high standard not only to pass your test but also to drive well in all conditions and situations.
